PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 




2020 – Present: Proposal Administrator, BDP Quadrangle
  • Writing, editing, coordinating and producing graphic proposals and fee letters for public bids and private clients. Prepare reports and analytics pertaining to opportunities and proposals. Client research and analysis. Maintain CRM.
  • Other marketing tasks, such as updating website, updating marketing / communications collateral, and tracking events and speaking opportunities for design team.

2018 – 2019: Contract Research Assistant, Social Planning and Research Council BC
  • Assisted with evaluation of Farm to School program, a national initiative designed to improve student nutrition through food education activities, food procurement policy and salad bar provision to schools. Other special projects as assigned.
  • Assisted in project implementation. Conducted interviews with over 500 research participants. Organized and entered thousands of raw data onto database, and ensured attention to detail.

2017: Administrative Assistant, GWL Realty Advisors
  • Maintained tenant records and lease contracts and created new lease files, both source documents and electronic files; prepared communications documents to tenants and internal teams.
  • Managed daily office procedures – inventory tracking and ordering, welcomed guests, boardroom / meeting setup, mail outs, other duties as assigned.

2015 – 2016: Inbound Sales Consultant, Shaw Communications 
  • As front-line sales team, understood needs of clients and stayed on top of new campaigns. On average finished client transactions in 2-3 minutes to ensure excellent client service, while meeting KPI targets.
